Mission & Strategy

Mission
To build a space for learning, training, and broad, flexible reflection that
welcomes all personal, technical, and expressional inquiries, explorations, and
experiments, including the different rhythms and particular processes of each
filmmaker in the making.
Vision
To be a space for learning where young people interested in making films can
discover and develop the inner experience that informs their expressivity and
assimilate training and techniques for creating films.
To be a space that promotes the aesthetic and technical development of cinema
and contributes to fostering social appreciation of the arts and culture.
To be a space where learning in the arts is enhanced through quality teaching,
supporting the emergence of a cinematic movement that raises the aesthetic
level of television and audiovisual production through its different styles, diverse
themes, and personal languages.
