Mission & Strategy

Argentina’s National School of Film Experimentation and Production (ENERC) started teaching courses in 1965. Since then ENERC gives public and free training for students in the audio-visual area, trying always to promote the development of their own personal style to broaden the horizon of Argentinean cinema. At the same time the School has gained fame and importance over the years, thanks to our professional staff of trainers and the number of awards our students and alumni have won in National and International Festivals.
Today ENERC teaches film production, script writing, sound, cinematography, filmmaking, film editing and art to approximately 200 students but reaches many more through the Continuing Education Courses. In 2011 the school was recognized as an Official Institute of Education by Argentina's Ministry of Education and in 2015 ENERC will start two more training centers, in the North East and North West of Argentina, with the determination to give anyone who wants to learn how to make cinema the chance to be trained and to fulfill their dream.
