A new production residence program/facility, Magic Spell Studios, supported in part by New York State is currently under construction. Opening in the fall of 2018 it will provide an additional 32,000 sq. ft of space including a NY Tax incentive qualified 7000 sq.ft. sound stage, a 280 seat Digital Cinema Theater, sound mix theater, color correction studio, game design labs and animation facility.
